How to add a new dictionary to the trove

I tried adding this myself but I got an unspecified error message. This is the Spanish Wiktionary to search for Spanish lemmas.

Can you explain the first way in detail? I try but I cant find where should I add the code? please explain it step by step, so that someone like me that does not have any information about coding, be able to understand it.
I dont know what do you mean by "Settings page" , do you mean setting page of google chrome or setting page of this current page?
