Account registration limbo

Hello, I signed up for Firefox app narration and I'm only posting here because I can't see any other links for help from admin.

So when I signed up it said something went wrong and the registration failed. I tried again and it seemed to work. I can login, and in fact I am logged in obviously to write this. But at the same time, whenever I go to use the feature if I still get the message as if I hadn't signed up:
"text-to-speech, pleaseTo use log in or sign up at pnl.dev."
But when I go to login it says my credentials are incorrect. This can't be as I used the Github login and am using a PW manager to add the credentials automatically. So something seems broken.

I would appreciate any assistance in fixing the issue.
